Yakstas Family Office
A family office - real people, not a corporation
We don't work for developers. We work for you.
We've been living in Cyprus for almost five years now. We came to this island looking for more than just sunshine and warmth - we were searching for a different pace of life. We fell in love with its beautiful nature, the sea, the warmth of its people, and that special feeling of freedom and peace we discovered here. Over time, Cyprus became our home.
Today, we want to share that discovery with others. We help people from all over the world explore Cyprus, discover its most beautiful places, understand the opportunities it offers, and, if they wish, begin a new chapter of their lives on this island.
Yakstas Family Office was born from our own experience and a genuine desire to help others avoid the mistakes that are so easy to make in an unfamiliar country.
Whether you're looking for a cozy home by the sea, a holiday property, or a real estate investment, we help you understand the local market, explore your options, and make well-informed decisions.
We're not tied to any single developer or project. We work with different partners to find properties that best match your needs, budget, and long-term goals.
For us, it's not simply about selling real estate - it's about helping you buy safely and wisely. That's why we pay close attention to land ownership documents, developer reliability, rental opportunities, property liquidity, and long-term capital appreciation potential.
And most importantly, our relationship doesn't end when the purchase agreement is signed.
We help you furnish and prepare your property, arrange short-term rentals, find reliable long-term tenants, and, when you decide to sell, find a new buyer. For those planning to relocate, we also help make settling in and getting to know life in Cyprus easier.
As a family office, we believe that people, their stories, and lasting relationships matter just as much as the transactions themselves.
To us, Cyprus is more than a place to invest. It's our home, and we're happy to share it with you.
Yakstas Family Office - discover Cyprus with people who call it home.
